Qualitative Problems in Enterprises

摘要

In this paper the chosen problems of quality in enterprises are presented. The prerequisites of the growing role of quality arising from the new market trends are presented in the introduction, which are identified with groups of prosumers in the global economy. There has also been a reference made to the principle of pro-quality in the management of an organization that is aimed at ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of activities, which in turn shall ensure the achievement of a competitive advantage on a complex and uncertain contemporary market. Furthermore, several examples of pro-quality activities in manufacturing and service enterprises have been presented.
