摘要

The nitrogen-based atmosphere protect furnace is studied in this paper. First, the nitrogen-based atmosphere protect furnace production process is introduced, followed by the basic principle, theory, and method based on the MPCA and process monitoring. Through further analysis of the nitrogen-based atmosphere protect furnace heating process, input monitoring variables, process parameters, and data pretreatment method can be determined. Finally, monitoring method on the nitrogen-based atmosphere protect furnace production process based on MPCA method is verified effective by simulation experiment.
