摘要

During the Gravity chip processor temperature process, due to the mathematical model of the controlled object uncertainty, when using the conventional PID to control the temperature, there are problems, long time to adjust, easy to overshoot and then need a long cooling time. Utilizing a system identification method to determine the transfer function of the controlled object, and based on this, we use a sectional PID control scheme to inhibit temperature overshoot Phenomenon, to speed up the adjustment of the temperature control. The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the method, can meet the technological requirements gravity-chip processor, and improve the productivity.
