摘要

This paper presents a design of ZigBee-based smart home system to support energy services based on demand response. The smart home system architecture is design based on ZigBee wireless network, smart home gateway technology, and smart home terminal technology. For TOU (Time of Use) response, demand response, and other typical demand responses, we develop a load control strategy according to the preset parameters and the load running priorities based on users' comfort for the smart home energy services. By simulating the environment of home life and the load control strategy, the experiment's result shows that our smart home energy services system in saving electricity costs, clipping peak, and maintaining the security of the power system is feasible.
