摘要

Ceramic formula calculation, optimization and management is a very important part of the ceramic production process. Due to the diversity of the ceramic material chemical composition, to design and manage the ceramic glaze formula by manual method is very difficult. To address this problem, based on cloud services, a ceramic formula calculation and developed system is studied and development. In this paper, the optimization approach of ceramic formula, the function and key realizing technology of this system are introduced. This system has the function of intelligent calculation and comparison, in which the imported formula data can be automatically transformed into expression, then the ratio of Si:Al, the coefficient of expansion, the coefficient of acidity, start melting humidity, the melting temperature and the loss on ignition LOI can be calculated. The application of the system can greatly improve the efficiency of studding and developing ceramic formula and realize the intelligent management of the ceramic formula. In addition, the system can be extended to be used in other application fields, such as managing the formulation of cement and glass.
