Using the indoor control system of breeding mitten crab could increase the survival rate and quality effectively. This paper based on the analysis of environmental water quality of breeding mitten crab, according to the characteristics of crab cultivation of water environment, then the method of fuzzy control was proposed to realize the automatic control, the application of MATLAB software complete the design of the fuzzy controller. Combining STC12C5A08AD single chip as mainly control unit and fuzzy control method, design the hardware and software of the crab cultivation environment control system, and the design of fuzzy controller. In the case of the pH control test results, the system performance approximately for the time constant of a character of first-order inertial of 27.535s, which caters the requirement of pH value of crab cultivation. The invention of this controlling system can be a fundament of control of aquaculture environment.
