Mass transfer performance is a key factor influencing the catalytic properties of the porous petroleum processing catalysts, especially for the heavy oil catalytic conversion catalysts, such as fluid catalytic cracking and hydrocracking catalysts. Mass transfer behaviors of guest molecules in the commercial catalysts, therefore, become a widely concerned scientific problem.
