Metal foams consist of a single network which structure is interconnected together from the outer surface until the inner body and exhibits the controlled pore size, low relative density and high porosity [1]. Especially, Fe and Cu porous foam has been researched in use as new materials for a heat sink, dust and fluid filters, catalytic supporters [2]. For most industrial applications of metal foam, open pores are required. In this study, the Fe and Cu porous foam was fabricated by a slurry coating process and then consolidates at a heating temperature, differentiated by the coating amount and the type of polyure-thane foam which used as for templates.
