摘要

The simultaneous deposition and patterning of nanomaterials is of great interest for device fabrication and other purposes. Although much has been done in the research and development of nanomaterials, their processing and implementation are usually done at relatively small scales and throughputs. Large-scale deposition and patterning of nanomaterials remains a challenge that must be overcome in order to realize the potential of low-cost, high throughput manufacturing.
