This paper proposes a novel PAPR reduction scheme based on subblock shifting between antennas in MIMO OFDM. Its key idea is to divide the input frequencydomain sequence into several subblocks in each antenna by using an interleaved subblock partition method, and generate different candidate sequences by using subblock shifting between antennas and combining all the subblocks in each antenna. Moreover, the properties of IFFT are employed for reducing the computational complexity of the proposed scheme. Simulation results that the proposed scheme can show good PAPR reduction performance with low computational complexity.
