Thanks to several successfully completed projects in recent years, the SNCR technology has now been definitely established in the power plant area as a sustainable solution to the NOx problem [1-3]. This technology does not only technically meet EU environmental requirements, but compared to competing procedures it is also cost-effective and less complex regarding acquisition and implementation.
