Study on the Introduction and Development of Guangxi Human Resources Based on Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

摘要

Nowadays Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has been upgraded to the national strategy,and also become the preferential development area in Guangxi.In order to maintain the sustainable development,the lack of quality human talents in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has become the first issue.Even so,the development of Guangxi is not only limited into Beibu Gulf,but also covering the whole Guangxi.The talents in non-Beibu Gulf cities in Guangxi is also important,they both play a significant role.After analyzing the difficulties of human resources in Guangxi Beibu gulf zone,this paper tries to find some appropriate solutions to solve the relevant problems.
