With the conversion of the relation from compliment to competition in China and Korea, study economy development process in two countries, and two countries' product construction and competition relation in the world market, to evaluate and outlook on two countries' economy relation, then bring up the future strategy closely-related to economy relation in the two countries which will invest in China.Above all, analyze operating localization problem on Korea business enterprise in China,and probe the direction of Korea business enterprise investing in China.
