摘要

With the deepening of economic globalization, and accelerating and penetrating of international market integration process, corporate social responsibility is becoming a new trade barrier and market barrier as a new global agreement with international standards, and the problems China's enterprises can't evade to enter the international market.Based on combing the strategy of corporate social responsibility theory, this paper discusses construction and implementation of corporate social responsibility strategy, explains the enterprises should take strategic thinking to examine and think about corporate social responsibility, to create mutual value for society and enterprises, and realize the sustainable development of enterprises through strategically undertaking social responsibility.
