摘要

A whole building energy simulation model can be continuously used to evaluate building energy performance, not only in the design stage but also in the operation stage.This paper studies continuous commissioning using a real-time building energy simulation for buildings with energy management system.Real-time building performance assessment using a simulation model can detect anomalies of building systems and components, and energy waste.It also helps find discrepancies between design intents for the building and actual performance in the operation stage.
