Recently, according to the development of IT technology and the generalization of smart phone, the variety of mobile application have been developed and provided diverse services.In this study, mobile phone applications are made available to the general public in easy obtaining of energy efficiency technology improvement achieved and are also developed as performance assessment tools.The details such as the usage, location and cooling and heating systems.Thus, it promotes and vitalizes supply of green buildings easily and effectively to the public.Further study, it needs to collect several green buildings data base to build the city's green building roadmap.In addition to the expected increase in value of the green buildings.Also, it is necessary that study need to be conducted continuously to become commercialized and more common.
