A high accuracy filter transmission measurement for the determination of the detection efficiency of a Si-SPAD detector has been carried out using an integrating sphere with attached detector. The measurement method and the improvement of total measurement uncertainty of the Si-SPAD detection efficiency calibration are described in this paper.
