COMMUNITY ENERGY PLANNING OF COMMERCIAL AND SERVICE CORE AREA OF LIAOBIN COASTAL ECONOMIC ZONE

摘要

Community energy planning is an important link of low-carbon and energy-saving planning in Liaobin coastal economic zone. The basic planning conceptions of the energy system energy infrastructure of the commercial and service core area are put forward according to the method of Integrated Resource Planning. Systematic forms that combine distributed energy system and heat pumps are put forward based on energy supplying status, resource condition analysis, building heating and cooling loads prediction and distribution, whose total efficiency is approximate 200%. The planning of utility tunnels is an effective solution for energy system planning of commercial and service core area.
