The JIT Management Mode for Personalized Products

摘要

For processing the personalized products' parts under the JIT management mode, it introduces the JIT management mode, and elaborates the application of using the Heuristic Algorithm based on Non-delay Schedule to draw up a processing schedule of personalized products in the case of Job-shop. Combining with the manufacturing Rock-drill Machine's sliding table, applying the Heuristic Algorithm to schedule the parts processing and optimizing it, making the Gantt chart. It can finally get the schedule to guide the manufacture.
