Engery-saving buildings are not always high-cost, the construction needs to consider not only the cost of construction, but also the consumption cost in use. We adopt new energy conservation materials and remarkable management mode to reduce the cost of energy-saving building, and fight to get the most benefit with the least investment, in order to master sovereignty in the fierce competition of energy-saving construction market, and to promote the sustainable development of energy-saving building. With the high-speed economic development and urbanization, unprecedented prosperity occurred in construction industry. However, we are facing the basic national condition of a large population, relatively insufficient resources and a weaker environment carrying capacity. According to related statistics, the new building area increases 2.5 billion m~2/year, 85% of which is still energy intensive construction. For the serious resources shortage, we have to think of searching for an appropriate bonding point between unlimited demand and limited resource supply, keeping ecological balance, improving the efficiency of energy utilization, and reducing the impact on the environment, then there comes the concept of energy saving building, with the aim of improving the energy efficiency coefficient of construction equipment and making the best of energy conservation materials so as to decrease the consumption of energy and the environment load on the premise that the construction function can be ensured. Material cost accounts for 65% of the direct expense of a building, we should take a full consideration of the impact on project cost. If material cost is too high, it will have a huge impact on project cost, so we should keep the cost reasonable and reduce energy consumption of buildings.
