China's coal enterprises attach great importance to the sustainable development strategy, they also enhance the consciousness of corporate social responsibility, however, performance evaluation management at present has not yet been formed a set of evaluation index system which reflects corporate performance and the coordinated and sustainable development of the environment. Based on this, this paper summarized scholars' theory on enterprise performance evaluation and built a coal enterprise performance evaluation system from the perspective of social responsibility; And using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of evaluation; And using comprehensive evaluation to analyze index system, which shows that the firm's ability to decrease cost and increase efficiency in the industry are relatively poor, and the score of noise intensity, green area and solid waste emissions is not good.
