According to the complexity and the loss of experts' experience and long designers' learning process of finite element analysis of compressor piston, the design of active knowledge support system based on ANSYS in the design of piston are developed. The system sets of expert experience and design skills in one, can make full use of push-pull technology and push technology for knowledge provide targeted knowledge assistance to the designers of different levels, experience knowledge inheritance is implemented, improving the sharing of experience and knowledge, the learning process knowledge is greatly reduced, truly achieve the high-end design software low starting point for the purpose of application.
