摘要

Based on clutch engagement strategy of automatic transmission during the mining truck starting stage, a simulation model of clutch engagement controlling has been established. It is shown in this paper that the pressure controlling method of clutch in the starting stage makes different effects on friction work and impact strength. With the simulation model, the relationship between accelerator opening and clutch engagement controlling strategy is presented. Finally, the analysis of simulation result indicates that optimized strategy of clutch reduces the impact strength and increases working life of the transmission.
