Impact Factor Analysis of Heat Generation of Rolling Tire

摘要

The hysteresis loss and heat are generated by the tire deformation.To study the law of heat generation,both the real vehicle test and finite element simulation were carried out.Using the methods of both the orthogonal and single-factor analysis,the influencing factors for the heat generation of tire were analyzed.These tests and simulation indicate that the heat generation of tire increases with the increase of the load or velocity and the decrease of the tire pressure.The factor that matters the most is load,least velocity.The heat generation has an obvious nonlinearity relation with the factor of load or pressure and a weak linearity relationship with velocity.There is much more heat generation when the tire is overloaded,underpressure or overspeed which need to be avoided.
