摘要

The purpose of this study is to investigate the combined effects on sleeping quality of the lighting environment in the daytime and that in the night time. The experimental conditions were set at seven patterns combined with the desktop illuminance in office during the daytime and that in living room in the night time. In the experiment, the effects of the lighting conditions on task performance and visual fatigue in the daytime and sleeping quality in the night time were evaluated. The task performance was evaluated by three types of the VDT tasks and visual fatigue caused by the VDT tasks was evaluated by critical fusion frequency of flicker (CFF). Sleeping quality was evaluated by the sleeping efficiency measured by Actiwatch and the subjects' evaluation on their sleep. From the results of our experiments, the combination of the variable illuminance condition in the daytime and lower illuminance in the night time was recommended.
