On the construction of network sharing platform of Personnel file management and its management model

The moderate public of personnel file information is the basic to realize modern archives management as realizing effective utilization of archives, protecting the rights and interests of public, and so on. The establishing personnel file management network sharing platform is an effective way to it. Personnel file network sharing platform's construction must formulate the corresponding national standard and professional standard, and adopt new personnel file managing model. This paper describes the basic content of information standardization of personnel file management, and then put forward the "Trinity Model" of personnel archives management, that is, the combination of traditional personnel file management, digital personnel file (digital archives) management and personnel file management networking platform's construction and utilization.
