This work focuses on matrix algebraic structures to evaluate the terms appearing in Kronecker power series solution to the Probabilistic Evolution Approach (PEA) equations. These solutions are constructed for Van der Pol equation in our previous works and published elsewhere. We have gotten conicality in the previous applications by using space extensions. Here, a new space extension which has been most recently developed by our group members is used to facilitate the utilization of Kronecker power series. This approach is based on the addition of a constant function to the unknowns and called "Constancy Added Space Extension (CASE)". CASE takes the algebraic manipulations to foreground. This work somehow brainstorms on this issue.
