摘要

As the number and power of units and components in communication module of GEO satellite become larger, the heat consumption of communication module becomes higher.Some measures such as regulating the location of different working temperature range units, heat connection between north and south panel and advanced deployable radiator are taken on research to solve this problem.This paper focuses on the research of heat connection between north and south panel with traditional grooved heat pipes and loop heat pipes.Mathematical thermal model of a communication module with traditional grooved heat pipes and loop heat pipes is built, and calculation case such as winter solstice at EOL is calculated and analyzed, furthermore, the influence of heat resistance of using loop heat pipes on the temperature of two panels are analyzed.It is concluded that from point of thermal performance, thermal connecting between north and south panel with traditional grooved heat pipes is better than using loop heat pipes, and reducing heat resistance of using loop heat pipes does not bring much infection to the temperature of panels.
