Normally the brazing of titanium using high or low temperature brazed metals can be carried out in furnace in protective atmosphere. The quality of the joint relates to the quality of the brazed material, brazing temperature, brazing duration and quality of protective atmosphere. It is conventionally difficult to produce such joining in practice. So the efforts are going to simplify this process in accordance to join details of different titanium constructions without using protective atmospheres in special cameras or special furnaces. Our task to carry out the titanium brazing in normal ambient air conditions with up to 650°C low brazing temperatures and for short process duration. New brazing filler of Al-Cu-Ni-Ti alloys were studied for brazing in ambient air condition at the temperature 600 - 700°C. Shear strength of brazed joints was measured, and the microstructure to study the role of diffusion process and intermetallic formation at the interface of brazed metal was investigated. Some of these brazing alloys showed significantly high strength.
