Tourist Processes Modelling Based on Petri Nets

摘要

The paper is devoted to decision-making processes modelling in the field of tourism. Before developing models a wide range of information sources was analysed and its result is described in the paper. To develop models Petri nets method was chosen. The following models are described in the paper: Tourist travelling process model, Tourist preferences defining process model, Trip planning process model, Trip planning process model, Excursion process model, Excursion content formation process model. The main features that unite these models that distinguish them among others are considering individual characteristics of tourists and dangerous factors of tourist destinations. Modelling of processes in the field of individual tourism can lead to developing new better information technologies that can provide personalized information support to the user. As a result of research new tasks are distinguished and described in the conclusion part.
