摘要

1.Introduction Use of upper-level data over land and sea observation with more vacant than surface relatively,improves the forecast ability of numerical models for occurrence and development of high impact weather like as typhoons,heavy precipitation and so on,and helps to verify dynamic mechanism and vertical structure of precipitation occurrences.
