PROCESSING SYSTEM OF OBSERVATION DATA IN CRYSTALLIZING EXPERIMENT OF PROTEIN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system of observation data in the experiment of protein crystallizing for processing the massive observation data accumulated during the experiment of protein crystallizing such as initial screening or secondary screening. PSOLUTION: A processing system 7 for processing the observation data accumulated in a main database system 3 in which a plurality of the observation data, which are acquired by observing a plurality of the crystallized state of the sample prepared by mixing a protein sample and a reagent under different conditions with the elapse time, is constituted of: a working database system 11 for accumulating working observation data acquired, by collecting the observation data of the main database system 3 at every sample; and an extraction system 12 for selecting and extracting a predetermined sample as the sample performing the work of a next process on the basis of the condition predetermined from the working database system 3.
