By virtue of excellent aerodynamic properties,porous microspheres (PMs) have been considered as an effective inhalable drug carrier.Compared with traditional methods,supercritical CO2 fluid technologies have shown great advantages in preparing PMs[1].However,the size and porosity of the resulting PMs usually could not simultaneously meet the requirements of pulmonary drug delivery.
