Preparation and Characterization of Chitosan/CuPc/ Nano-iron Magnetic Microspheres

Chitosan is a well-know excellent adsorbent for a number of organics and metal ions.The amino(-NH2) and hydroxyl (-OH) groups on chitosan chains can serve as the coordination and reaction sites in order to enhance its mechanical properties and adsorption capacity[1].In this paper,we established a new method to prepare a novel ethylenediamine-modified magnetic chitosan microspheres.
