Inbound China Tourist Group Competitiveness of Taiwan Tourist Agencies

摘要

Due to the rapidly-increasing Chinese economic recently, desires and abilities of consumers who wanted to travel to foreign countries obviously increased. Meanwhile, as the opening-up policy started, the number of Chinese tourists who came to Taiwan also came to 1.78 million. Therefore, it would be a expecting market for Taiwan to host Chinese tourists groups coming. Research showed 3 results: first, innovation and cooperation of business culture was the competitiveness of Taiwan tourist agencies; second, when businesses put effort into "continue innovating", they could increase their acknowledgement for people resourcing; third, business culture owned an obvious relationship with acknowledgment of service in a positive way.
