Public Policy Ethical Evaluation of Technological Innovation Using Social Networks

摘要

For technological innovation we point to the influence of the key stakeholders and the secondary stakeholders. The key stakeholders-based corporate technological innovation behavior with transaction characteristics is called the transaction behavior of technological innovation. Social network resource comes from the Government, the public and other public relations. This paper defines corporate technological innovation behavior where social networks are build as a major strategic intention which can be called: relational acts of technological innovation.
