'Policymaking across different levels of governance in Consumer's Protection area'

摘要

This research looks the formulation of the policy cycle in the consumer's protection field in the European Union. In the beginning there is an effort to identify the different actors involved in that procedure in order to make it clear before moving forward to the actual process of policy cycle. The analysis of the policy process is based on the Public Policy Process of M. Hill (5th edition) and it includes the agenda setting, policy formulation, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
