Phenomena with an amazing increase rate in most of the countries around the world in the last three decades, juvenile violence and crimes are an expression of the youth culture, phenomenon to which the family, school, the entertainment industry and mass-media have contributed in a more or less conscious way. In the search of his own identity and of a set of values that allows him to experiment various behaviors, attitudes and actions, the teenager wishes to heavily feel the victory, which confirms him that he has won his emotional independence from his parents, but he does not realize that the brutal disruption of the personal, collective or social system makes him act aggressively and violent. The subject of this article is represented by the research made by a group of sociologists, psychologists, specialists in education science and attorneys on the teenagers from three bordering counties regarding the means to prevent juvenile violence and crimes, by the steps undertaken to solve some crisis situations and the effects of the interventions performed for this purpose.
