Study on Coupling Support Technology of Preparation Roadway in Deep Soft Roof, Coal and Floor Strata

摘要

First of all, surrounding rock of preparation roadway that is below -600m in Liangjia Coal Mine was analyzed through basic experiments, the results showed that the conditions of the surrounding rock accords with that of the soft roof, coal and floor strata, and the content of clay minerals in rock reaches 20%-30%. Secondly, failure mechanism of surrounding rock was analyzed, then the coupling support technology was put forward to study on coupling control function of high strength and pre-tightening force bolt, anchor cable, wire mesh, gunite strengthening, u-shaped steel and inverted arch. Finally, a series of industrial tests were carried on the preparation roadway that is below -600m, and obtained the results that deformation of the surrounding rock in roadway decreased greatly through coupling support technology, so that multiple revisions of roadway can be avoided.
