摘要

Dust generated during shot-crete construction diffuse in excavation working face. The movement and distribution of dust is more complex. In this paper, through the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method, the dust flow field distribution and movement rules in the shotcrete tunnel was simulated with FLUENT software. Based on the study of the flow field and static spatial distribution in shotcrete single entry, the flow field is divided into four regions: jet zone, mixing zone, recirculation zone, and eddy zone. Calculation results of dust concentration distribution in different regions show that the mixing zone is important region for shotcrete dust generating, and in this region the flow field is disturbance and concentration of dust is the highest. So the dust control should focus on reducing the generation of dust in this area.
