This paper presents a case study on PM10 pollution caused by coal burning power plants Rovinari and Turceni from Oltenia Energy Complex. Pollutant measurements were performed with 3 stops automatic air quality monitoring located in Targu Jiu, Rovinari and Turceni in order to realize an estimation of pollutant dispersion discharged by the power plant chimneys Turceni.
