摘要

A novel TiO_2-SiO_2 /AC composite photocatalyst was prepared with sol-gel method. The photocatalytic activity of as-prepared photocatalyst was evaluated through the degradation of methyl orange. The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: the Si-Ti atomic ratio was 1:3, the content of AC was 15% and the calcination temperature was 500?C for 2h. Under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: the initial concentration of dye 20 mg/L, pH 3.0, reaction time 120 min, and the dosage of TiO_2-SiO_2 /AC 2.5 g/L, the removal rate of methyl orange solution was 94.1%.
