摘要

In order to study heavy metals' pollution characteristics in soil of a small arms shooting range, soil samples at surfaces and different depths were collected from a shooting range located in suburb of Beijing and analyzed for heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, P, As, Hg and Sb). Site investigation results showed that the soil in the shooting range was seriously polluted by Pb bullets, and there are positive correlations between total concentrations of Hg, Cu, Pb, Zn, Sb and Pb in soil particles less than 2mm, indicating soil heavy metals' combined pollution characteristics. At present, the issue of heavy metal pollution in shooting range has aroused wide concern in environmental science research field (Cao, Ma et al. 2003; Levonmaki and Hartikainen 2007). In foreign countries, the researches in fields with respect to heavy metal in soil of shooting range, including environmental chemistry (Xifra, Knechtenhofer et al. 2002; Cao, Ma et al. 2003; Klitzke and Lang 2009) and environmental risk analysis (Lewis, Poppenga et al. 2001; Mozafar, Ruh et al. 2002; Rantalainen, Torkkeli et al. 2006), etc., have been early carried out, and thereupon design code for shooting range has been formulated. China has a large number of various shooting ranges that are widely distributed throughout the country. With the surveys on heavy metal pollution in shooting ranges under different natural environmental conditions and researches on bullet corrosion and migration law, a basis will be provided to evaluate pollution situation in shooting ranges and control heavy metal pollution. The combining pollution characteristics of heavy metal in soil has been researched by the analysis of element content (including Pb, Cu, Zn, As, Sb, Hg and P) and physicochemical property of soil in soil samples collected in a small arms shooting range in suburb of Beijing.
