This study is an attempt toward presenting a new method for sending the instructions to MAVs. Controlling and sending the instructions to MAVs are usually done in three methods: radio control, video base, and autopilot. The presented method is on the basis of sending instructions and receiving the data through a mobile phone with the prerequisite of installing and programming a board with SIM card, camera, GPS and, etc. All of the electric equipment in MAV are connected to this board and can receive the instructions from ground stations (i.e., cellphones). One of the advantages of this method is increasing the flight range. Using a cell phone with SIM card in MAVs can capturing videos and pictures and send them with video call and MMS system. Initially and after the connection of pilot, the number of dialed pulses, in the connecting cell phone installed in the airplane, will be counted and then the number sent by the pilot will be interpreted through the indicator (DTMF) and at this point a message will be sent to the pilot to inform him of his inserted codes.
