Influence of Training on TNF Alpha in Serum of Rats

Objective: This experiment was in order to discuss the influence of Tumor necrosis factor a (TNF alpha) by long time resistance training and once exhaust exercise, through testing diversification of TNF alpha in serum of rat that was composed to an experiment model. Method: Two months old SD rats were divided into four groups: control group (CR), exhaustion group without training (CE), training group (TR), training group with exhaustion (TE). Nine weeks later, TNF alpha in serum of every rat was measured with Radioimmunoassay. Result: Long time resistance training could increase the level of TNF alpha in serum of rat, which had correctitude correlations in diversification. The level of TNF alpha in serum of untrained rats had a markedly rise after one time exhausting exercise, which was likely to have relation to the answer of organism to exercise. During exercise, the raise of level of TNF alpha in serum of untrained rats could promote blood circle, transportation of substance and energy, level of immunity and was seasoned with other level of cytokines. At that time, exhausting rat might not be induced by diversification of TNF alpha but other reasons. However, the level of TNF alpha in serum of Long time resistance training rats descended, which might be related to fatigue.
