Data aggregation technique is widely used for its advantages in reducing data throughput and avoiding collision. Meanwhile, it also introduces some additional security concerns. So it is meaningful to research secure data aggregation. We firstly introduced the related concepts and key technologies of WSNs secure data aggregation. Then an effective data aggregation algorithm (EDAA) is proposed after the SMART algorithm is analyzed. The algorithm is simulated in NS2 software, and the result shows that the data aggregation algorithm EDAA can effectively reduce the transmission costs and the energy consumption of nodes.
