A System Model for Assessment on Creation Capabilities of Construction Service Enterprises in China

摘要

The article converted the old prospective that people used to focus on technology innovation or some other single aspects into observing the revolutionary development of China's construction service enterprises systematically. This article made first attempt to constitute a model to evaluate the enterprises' creation capability completely.
