摘要

The ships using gas turbine as power installation usually need to install the air filtration device at the inlet.Treating the different layout forms of inlet filtration device as the research object,and combining porous media boundary conditions with resistance characteristic of air filter,this paper has solved the technical difficulty that total pressure loss of inlet filtration device is undetermined under different flow rates,while simulating 3-d numerical of the system.The relation between total pressure loss and circulation area was drawn by comparing the form of traditional inlet filtration device with the total pressure loss of air inlet system laid out in the form of triangle and trapezium.Then through analyzing the total pressure loss of different forms of inlet filtration device under the same circulation area,the relation between structural parameter and total pressure loss was also drawn.The results provide certain reference value for the overall design and performance optimization of air intake system.
