The influence of the sorts of molding agent and their adding manners on the quality control of ultrafine hardmetal are researched which is taken PEG and PW for example respectively.The examinations of oxygen,compacting force and microstructure of mixed powder show that oxygen content of the mixed powder adding PEG is higher than that of adding PW.Even the finer grain is,the bigger difference is.The distribution uniformity of molding agent to be added before wet milling is better than that of it to be added after wet milling.PEG excels to PW.Consequently it is the best for the molding agent to be added before wet milling,so that the distribution of molding agent in mixed powder is more uniform within the range of constant increase of oxygen and acceptable oxygen level to assure the quality of products.
