摘要

Recently phased array ultrasonic technology is an important technical development of ultrasonic detection.This technology is based on multiple elements probe and electronic delay control,by using the superposition and interference principles of ultrasonic wave,the dynamic scanning beam is formed,eventually a scanning image is provided.In this research,the application of the phased array ultrasonic detection for cemented carbide products is introduced based on the detection of several aspects by using the principles of the technology and the composition and calibration of the equipment.The working process of some specific products is discussed.The results show that the phased array ultrasonic technology is better than conventional method with higher inspection sensitivity and efficiency.
